Roisin has successfully worked across multiple sectors, including bus manufacturing, medical technology, and logistics, where she has played a crucial role in identifying and securing top-tier talent. Her expertise extends beyond recruitment, as she has been instrumental in ensuring compliance with governance and administrative requirements for all assignments. Additionally, since February 2024, she has provided secretarial support to the NIIF Scrutiny Board, a role she continues to fulfil with diligence and professionalism.
