Circular Recruitment’s client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to play a crucial role in optimising supply chain performance. In this role, you will be at the heart of supply chain operations, gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to drive smarter decisions. Your insights will inform everything from inventory management to supplier performance, ensuring that the organisation’s supply chain is both efficient and resilient.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be the go-to expert for supply chain analytics, developing dashboards, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights. You will support the company’s Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring accurate forecasts and effective resource planning.

Your responsibilities will include identifying process bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. With your expertise in data visualisation tools and ERP systems, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights, empowering the business to achieve its objectives.

Success in this role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau), and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. A background in supply chain management or a related field is essential, along with a passion for continuous improvement.
